What is Genital Aesthetics and Why Is It Done?
Just as plastic surgery is needed in other parts of the body, the same is true for our genitals. It is quite natural for a woman to be dissatisfied with the appearance of her genitals, and she has the opportunity to correct it with the plastic surgeries we perform.
Saggy, large, asymmetrical inner lips or an overly wide vagina can cause a woman to lose self-confidence and cause her to move away from her partner and have problems in her sexual life. Fortunately, these problems, which could not be expressed because of embarrassment in the past, can be easily resolved thanks to the genital plastic surgeries and applications that we do today, and enable us to be more confident and happy women.
What are Genital Aesthetic Applications and Surgeries?
- - Labiaplasty (inner and outer lip aesthetics)
- - Vaginoplasty (vagina tightening surgery)
- - Vaginal tightening with focused ultrasound or laser
- - Perinoplasty (repair of birth tears)
- - Hudoplasty (surgery to remove excess skin on the clitoris)
- - G spot filler (G shot)
- - Big lip augmentation
- - Genital PRP applications
- - Hymenoplasty (hymen suturing)
LABIOPLASTY
We call the two parallel structures in the inner part of our genitals, the labium minus (inner lips). Sometimes these two structures can become asymmetrical, larger than normal, drooping (like an elephant's ear, in the words of our patients) due to hormones or other reasons. These inner lips hanging between the outer lips can disturb the person in terms of aesthetic appearance. At the same time, it can have effects such as odor, recurring infections, sticking to underwear, feeling uncomfortable when wearing tight clothes, sticking to the pad during menstruation along with sweating. With the operation we call labiaplasty (inner lip aesthetics), we make these abnormal inner lips look aesthetically pleasing.
In this way, our patients get rid of the physical complaints caused by this appearance, increase their self-confidence, and get rid of the problems that occur in their sexual life because they are ashamed of their partner due to this situation.
How is labiaplasty surgery done and how long does it take?
• After the examination, it is determined with which technique the surgery will be performed. It is usually performed under local anesthesia, but general anesthesia can also be applied according to the patient's preference. It takes about 30-45 minutes. If there is excess skin on the clitoris called the hood, the surgery to remove the excess skin on the clitoris, which we call Hudoplasty, is also performed.
Does labiaplasty require hospitalization or leave?
• Labiaplasty is a day surgery, you can return home the same day and go to work the next day.
Will I have a lot of pain after labiaplasty?
• The recovery process is a comfortable operation. Most of our patients state that they do not need to use painkillers.
Will my stitches be removed after labiaplasty? Will there be any seam marks?
• Since we use dissolving suture material, the suture is not removed, it dissolves on its own. There is almost no scar after the operation.
Will my pleasure from sexual intercourse increase after labiaplasty?
• Our patients say that their orgasm rate increases after the operation, especially if Hudoplasty is performed, where we remove the excess skin on the clitoris, since the effect of mechanical pressure on the clitoris will be eliminated.
Can I have labiaplasty surgery together with vaginoplasty surgery?
• Of course, both of your problems would be solved at the same time.
What should I pay attention to after labiaplasty?
• It is necessary to use the medicines prescribed by your doctor regularly, to pay attention to hygiene, to take a shower when your doctor recommends, not to have sexual intercourse for 1 month, not to swim in the sea and pool for 1 month, to stay away from sports activities for 1 month.
From what age can labiaplasty surgery be performed?
• Beginning from the age of 16, with the permission of the parents, and from the age of 18, it is possible to be in line with the person's own choice and decision.
